Introduction

Many parks and open space preserves have trails open to horseback riding. Some provide staging areas and horse camps. Check with the Trail Center and specific land managers for maps and trail availability information. When planning equestrian trips based on trail mileage shown below, be sure to look for linkage to other parks and open space preserves. While the miles below may seem small, many of the areas are linked to provide significantly longer trail opportunities. For information call or check web locations:
